1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Digital With Arii ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the digital.witharii / Baddie Vault website and the seller of the digital products, memberships, and services offered on it.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the service, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility & account
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter contracts. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully or fraudulently, or send spam.
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party.
- Interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing limits).
- Resell, redistribute, or share access to purchased digital products.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code from the service.
5. Licence to purchased products
When you purchase a digital product or membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your personal or single-business use, in accordance with the description of the product at purchase.
6. Intellectual property
All software, product files, branding, and content on the service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership.
7. Payments, subscriptions & taxes — Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions automatically renew at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled through the customer portal.

9. Service availability & warranties
We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
