This Privacy Notice applies to services provided by Digital With Arii("we", "us", "our"), the seller and operator of the digital.witharii / Baddie Vault website and digital products. We act as the data controller for personal data we collect from customers and visitors.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email, login credentials.
- Order data: products purchased, order history, download activity.
- Support data: messages you send to our support team.
- Usage & device data: pages viewed, device identifiers, IP address, approximate location.
- Marketing preferences (where you opt in).
Payment card details are collected and processed by our reseller Paddle, not by us. See "Data sharing" below.
3. Why we use your data
- To create and manage your account (contract performance).
- To deliver the digital products and memberships you buy (contract performance).
- To provide customer support (contract performance / legitimate interests).
- To secure our service and prevent fraud (legitimate interests, legal obligation).
- To improve our products (legitimate interests).
- To send marketing where you have opted in (consent).
4. Data sharing
We share personal data only with:
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund handling.
- Service providers that host our site, send our email, and provide analytics.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities where required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
