30-day money-back guarantee

Digital With Arii offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on digital products and memberships. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to manage your order, or
  • Email us at hello@digital.witharii with your order number and we'll help you.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly or yearly membership at any time from the "Manage subscription" button in your account, which opens the Paddle-hosted customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the current billing period.
